So here you are being curious about whom exactly we are. Well I will be glad to explain that to you. Now don’t think of our home as being the traditional Light vs Dark. There are some gray areas to explore and some further investigations to be had. So how about I take you on a tour of what our packs are all about and what exactly their personalities entail.
Barra Treskri & Nefendus
First off is the mysterious pack of Barra Treskri and Nefendus. These packs are coexisting amongst each other. They share member but not ranks and both offer some interesting areas for their followers to explore. But first, I want to give you a little history on exactly what these so called “followers” are all about.
The followers are each connected by a small thread of lost innocence. Their empress and creator is the Atrox. She is a deity that wishes for supreme world domination. Indeed this is such a far-fetched thing to accomplish but she is ever hungry to find new ways to consume the world in darkness. Anyway, as each wolf is introduced to their new tie to each other a part of her very essence is given to them to bind them all as brethren. Naturally it’s only by the ties they share with her and not each other. So they can go on living as strangers amongst a pack. With their new gifts in place these wolves are given birth to shadows that hold their own distinct persona's. These shadows can consume their host and rib the fabric of their reality and turn them into shadows as well. This is how most of the shadow wolves get around in long distances by shadow gliding. Becoming one with the shadows and slithering across the earth to where their destination is set.
So on to the packs. Barra treskri is a pack for outcasts. These pack members consist of the forgotten, the fallen, the exiled and just about anyone that seeks acceptance for who they are. A few of the fallen wolves from the war had turned to the shadow pack for acceptance and they did so with open arms. So within their ranks are a few heaven wolves that have fallen from grace, a few hell wolves that have turned their backs on their tyrant and some spirit wolves who wished for a little more danger in their lives. These pack wolves usually stay within the confines of the earthy realm.
Now for Nefendus. Well, this was once the realm that the gods had locked the Atrox away in. its skies are never truly light up by the sun but always seems to be in either a transitioning twilight, dusk, or dawn. Never is the sun ever visible in the sky but her rays grace the dark skies above. When twilight hits the ski is littered with crimson stars that’s ever hungry eyes seem to grow brighter as the days pass on. This realm is for those who wish to keep to themselves or want the excitement of a new place to explore. Some call it mainly their home and a queen rules it. Also it is where the council resides and where they place judgment on the criminals. They are connected to Barra but live by different rules. Their personalities seem to be slightly more reserved and collected than the chaos that seems to linger in their counter packs home.
Nefendus is also different in the sense that it is a realm of its own, rather than a territory that can simply be walked into. To enter, a wolf must be blessed by the Atrox herself, a believer and one who knowingly recognizes the Great Mother as God. To anyone else, the entire realm is completely invisible and cannot be accessed.
Amenti
The next pack we shall look into is our lovely hell pack, Amenti. Yes these wolves have either passed on and have become reincarnated as a hell hound. They had either done something in their lifetime that was so unforgivable that their soul was marked to call hell their home. Or others have simply wished to become stronger and have asked for acceptance from the lord of Amenti. These wolves’ personalities are everywhere. Chaos seems to cloud the area however; their lord only tolerates some chaos, not all. The pack is run with an iron fist and their demons police their own. Not everyone is smart and some lack common sense but the pack is run in a strict manner. However, danger lurks in the lands and demons do tend to get bored. So their pack wolves have some amusement to watch as loners find themselves victims of lower class demons. Violence and torture seem to be the favorite past time within the confines of the hell arena and wolves are allowed to settled their disputes through whatever means they desire. The pack tends to be creative with punishments since there are far harsher things in this pack than death.
Valcantia
Our next destination is the empathic fields of the spirit pack, otherwise known as Valcantia. These wolves monitor the deaths of their earthly brethren and send their light reapers to drag them home. The lands are cluttered with different species each bringing their own unique gifts and cultures to contribute to the pack. Other wolves are the departed that have craved for the taste of life. The pack is, in a lesser word, different from many of the other packs. They believe deeply in their culture and have many festivals that celebrate both life and death, along with celebrating the spirits and helping them find their way. The ranks for the pack are a lot different as well, since there are technically six leaders instead of two; each leader must answer to the leader in division one. Everyone contributes to the benefits of the pack and all wolves tend to the souls that linger in their limbos, waiting for the reapers to deliver them to the other side. This pack is mainly neutral though they can be harsh and do not take betrayal well.
Elysian
Our soon but not quite final destination is the heaven pack, Elysian. Now when you think of heaven I’m sure the first thing that comes to mind are the goodie-too-shoe wolves of the world. Well, I’m here to tell you that is not the case. The heaven pack is run in a military like fashion. Their ranks are strict and tight to ensure each heaven wolf does their job correctly. Insubordination is frowned upon and punished accordingly. Their ranks have become more aggressive with the fallen times of war. Since it seems their last ruler couldn’t handle the pressure and faltered when the tides had begun to fall in favor of their nemeses Amenti.
So things have come a little more stressful for the wolves of heaven as they continue to grow in ranks and train their numbers for any possible new wars to follow. However, not everyone is stressed. Some of the wolves maintain their care free and sweet dispositions. Balance is always needed and what the kind can offer is more than welcomed in the ranks of heaven. Understanding is something they require from all members and loyalty above all. Otherwise, the angles will fall from grace and be banished from the lands of heaven.
Outskirt
Now, last but not least, the outlands. These lands are currently occupied with once pack wolves. These wolves consist of some that were born by their fallen parents and claim the lands as their home. Some even set up small rouge packs to create a little mischief or a lot. Plotting is usually always occurring in these lands of some kind. Maybe it is the down fall of an alpha or the desire to steal the youth and taint their minds. These wolves want no savior to call to them. They want to master claim their lives; they wish to be free to do as they wish. But with freedom comes a price and the loners tend to not have very stable laws to abide and chaos, murder, and rape tend to be the outcome. Living the life of freedom has consequences but those who wish to have some structure come together under mutual understanding. These rouge packs are habitually watched by spies from the packs around them and the lands sit neatly between each pack.
Ooc: Now these my simple explanation of each pack and their personalities, as well as the loner lands. If the alphas of these packs wish to add more, then please feel free to pm me. Thank you all and I hope this is helpful for our new members.
