Green jewels stayed gently hidden within his dark mask while it took him in its grasp. The white wolf inhaled, feeling as though his very veins began to glaze over with frost. Yet still, his heart beat. He inched forward, his talons falling on empty air, yet to his dismay, Zyon felt no different while standing on the edge of the two-hundred foot drop. Slowly, his green eyes opened and he viewed the world beneath him.
A hawk circled, drawing patterns in the sky that he could almost see. It disappeared in the lower cloud cover, only to reappear seconds later unscathed. What if he jumped? The snow clouds would be much colder. They would wake him up form his eternal, unwanted slumber. He would definetly feel alive, falling through the empty space like that. Maybe he could aim for the bird.
Adrenaline was a sick fascination of his, and standing here at this very cliff used to get his heart racing. So did bleeding, and swimming in ice water, and even hanging out by the tar pits in Amenti, but now, and even more increasingly, he felt nothing. Life wasn't worth living if there was nothing to feel, though he was positive that there would be no feeling after rotting in the ground. Suicide wasn't what he wanted, but something damn near close would be great.
Zyon swung his paw over the edge and shifted his weight, so the majority of it was on the other front paw. The ground beneath him creaked and he smirked, rocking back to relive the pressure. He did it again, and with each movement the fragile ground beneath him complained louder. Rational thought wasn't an object here, though. Speeeeech!

Oh, the fascination of all the pink roses she found when it was spring back in the other lands of this earth. Unfortunately, there were no flowers to be found on this hard, hot, and rocky surface my paws had came encountered with. Aron usually spent her time in dense forestry confined areas, or flowery meadows where she could look at all her favorite pink roses. She has had her times in those dark, and foggy territories. Aron liked them because they were quiet, but didn't like them because they were dark. Now that she was on this volcano in the middle of nowhere, she had to find some use of her time for she usually takes her time when she finds new places to explore. her multi colored eyes looked around with anxiety to find another lurking soul that may be lonely in this god forsaken land. As she padded around the volcanic land she occurred across this big cliff with a 200 foot drop. Aron never like heights so she kept her distance from the ledge. Eventually, she came across this white wolf with these cheetah like patterns all over the pelt. the wold had brilliant green eyes with black surrounding them. She thought that she had seen and angel. to find out, she decided to walk up cautiously and see if this angel had a name. "well hello there stranger, what brings you here to this... exotic land?"

Despite its spoken displeasure, the ground was not going to break beneath him. When the positive realization of his true safety, instead of the dangerous facade, crept unto his conscious, so did the enemy. The numbness that plagued him so.
It was like getting high, though excuse the obvious reference. The first one was always the best high, no matter what, and the rest could never live up. Still, with each passing attempt, it drained the user of his life even more, only to obtain a feeling that was impossible to experience once again. Zyon, like any addict, couldn't settle for the others with the memory of the first still fresh in the mind. Even sadder though, he was losing his ability to inhale. Blunt after blunt, he had to try so much harder to feel anything anymore...
Ears pricked back, his eyes closed against the wind once more. It came against his face from the opposite direction, masking the scent of the female. Regardless, the brute didn't start at her sudden appearance. After all, she seemed...sweet. Controlled, and ever so slowly, the spotted male turned around to face her. He backed up slowly, 'twards the edge, only so that his heels hung over. Not being able to see was a little bit scarier and to his satisfaction his heart skipped a beat, though quickly regained it's normal, calm rhythm.
He opened his eyes, meeting the twin colored hue of her own. There was no hesitation with eye contact from this wolf. Any lashing tooth or slashing claw had the chance to bring on what he so longed for. The wolf's gaze was dead, his face reflecting the eternal numbness that coursed through him. Though, all he did was stare at her, sitting there so dumbly. No response elicited, no gesture of greeting, but then again no signal that she was not welcome. Zyon was a statue, though with even less feeling.. Speeeeech!

Aron starred into his beautiful green eyes. they seemed to be sparkling like shooting star far off into the distence. She noticed no reply came out o fhis muzzle. Aron just saw a stiff wolf standing too close to the edge. "Hello? you should step away from the ledge. your gonna fall" Aron said with deep concern.
Arons paws trembled as she struggled to stand up when she was in his presents. Taking multiple steps away to make sure he wasn't gonna pull something, she sat down about a bodies length away from his muzzle. Waiting for his reply, all Aron could do was observe him in everyway possible without moving a muscle. He had sleek, thick white fur spread with black spots. his paws and ears looked as if they were dipped in white paint. he was quite handsome in Arons mind. She had a quick thought in her head about what he had thought of her. she wouldn't know unless she had asked or something. that of which she was not going to do. Arons shyness then took over her whole body and she was silent like the cold night of winter waiting to see if he would answer back to her.

Zyon felt as if he could feel the energy coming off her in waves. He was an empathetic wolf, and being cursed with such a power was simply horrible for him. Every emotion that everyone around him felt, he saw. It was like watching an animal caged at the zoo. No matter how badly he wanted to touch it, there was a thick wall of glass in between. The emotions were inaccessible through watching.
He ignored her statement, watching the little female flit about nervously. How he longed to feel nervous.. He blinked, her form flashing back between a wolf and a scared little rabbit. His ears pricked forward, his throat dry. Zyon picked up his front foot, not on her command, though it may have looked like it. His eyes never left hers, and still he didn't speak. Slowly, he thrust his weight forward into a step twords the little femme. The leopard wolf continued moving to her, slowly and steadily like the rising tide, stopping only when he was almost breathing down her neck. Closer, ever so closer...breaking the glass that held him apart from what he wanted... Speeeeech!

Aanye would just wait there nervously until he would reply. after a bit, she heard no reply from his mouth. Becoming impatient, she anxiously gazed into his eyes and felt his unsure presents before her. it felt as if he didn't want her to be around him? She wondered if it was obvious that she was nervous? Aanye didn't know for sure. After a bit longer she came to feel that he didn't want her to be around him. "Well... I seem like im a bother to you right at this moment so I guess ill just walk away now." Aanye exclaimed not wanting to leave because she felt a little warm around him. As she sat up and walked away She kept on looking behind her. Aanye tried to walk away slowly to see if he would say something or even care that she was leaving. That was all she thought to do at the time.
