He turned his attention back towards Doc, whom he had actually come to find wasn’t so bad after all. His attitude changed, he was able to lie upon the cold, hard ground beneath him, wings outstretched on either side of his, grazing the dirt and mud that lingered from the morning dew. He chuckled lightly at the thought of teaching another though he had been assigned the duty many times before now, it wouldn’t be hard. It was all about patience, listening, waiting. The skills of fighting weren’t all you needed to know though they helped in the long run. He no longer had to rely much on the way of battle, he was able to side step any potential attacker or hide before ambushing without the other party even knowing.
He smirked lightly, sapphire blue gaze focusing on the male, “I don’t see why not. It’s pretty simple actually. A lot of patience, time, waiting and some ability. It depends on what your body will allow you to do or won’t do.” He replied, glancing towards the other male lightly. He had noticed his sudden movements, disappearing into the brush, obviously bored. He snorted, good riddance. He could only deal with so many at a time right now, males were not his strong suit. He much preferred the company of a lovely lady, or even one with a nasty temper, he liked that. Pools returned to their former stance, the smirk never being wiped from his face, “Seems our friend got bored.” He laughed darkly. Kage did not know much of Doc’s past but from him asking for help, he figured he didn’t fight much or have such a background as he did. Ah well, it was never to late to learn.
He nodded towards Doc’s other comment. He truly didn’t mind teaching. It had been his job to train the newcomers though many were strong in their tactics already. The pack he came from, oh such a horrid pack though so strong, was there to be called on when other packs were in need of reinforcements. It didn’t happen extremely often, but it wasn’t rare either. He had seen his fair share of rotting bodies of both comrades and enemies. He didn’t mind the stench of death any more though the smell and taste of blood, that he craved once and a while.

Doctor was listening,to Kage who was seeming oh so amused. It made Doc chuckle to himself. That smirk, yes- it was ever present on the other males face. Colored eyes gave a small roll, a more friendly gesture to the other male on his part. Tail gave a light flick and for once; he took the time to look around. Enjoy the scenery, and my. It was pretty- he had to admit it. Though it did have a deathly hint to it, the way the leaves looked so frail; dead. Falling every now and then, almost as though they were bowing to both wolves in the area. It came to his attention now, however that the other had left. A smirk of it's own worked it's way onto his lips. Good reddens! To many males in one place wasn't a happy occasion for Doctor, though he was warming up to this brute, in a way. Comfortable with him now- at least.
Kage was right, A lot of patience, time, waiting and some ability. All of that mattered when it came down to it, and that's without adding other abilities one might have. Doctor knew he had a few, but what about his friend here? did he have any. Hm, the thought lingered for a moment then his focus was returned. A chuckle birthed from those dark lips. "Seems that way." a toothy grin was given, not shy in showing that he was glad, over-joyed the other had left. Why two was company, three was a crowd. Doctor nodded back to him, glad for any help he would be getting and thinking to himself- perhaps meeting him did have a few good things about it. Kage, was big and he wouldn't doubt, strong. Probably more than just those things. The best to learn from as far as he was concerned.
"And, as far as other..abilities. They could be put into play as well I know. Maybe- experimenting with something of that sort too.." he mused randomly then, shifted his weight his gaze locked on Kage. "Were do we start then?

One was enough to deal with at a time. Doc though, he was one he could possibly become friends with over time. Trust was something that needed to be earned first before anything else were to happen. He had enough trust issues already, it wasn’t something he took well. Sapphire orbs turned back towards Doc, watching him, studying him. He was a well built male, possibly able to keep up with him in battle if it came down to it. It hadn’t happened yet, which he figured it wouldn’t happen in the future either unless he were to teach him his ways. It was common for him in the past to take on those who had very little skill, though he didn’t usually mind it, he thought those times were over. Auds fell back to his skull at the thought, a expression of annoyance creeping upon his face slightly. He would push through it, after all, much of the skills he had hadn’t been taught to him. Doc would have to keep up with the training over time while he wasn’t around.
Head jerked as he heard leaves fall to the ground as the wind picked up. Auds stayed perked upon his head, growling lightly at the sudden disturbance of the silence. A slight grin formed upon his lips as Doc spoke his joy from the other leaving. Seemed he was much like him, preferred to be a lone or at least only speak to one at a time, “Good riddance.” He added, sitting back upon his haunches. Ears flicked as a fly annoyed them, growling a tad before swatting at the pest with his paw, “Damned insects. You would think they’d all be gone by now.” He said, shaking out his body.
“Tell me, what other abilities do you possess? Surely you do not possess the gift of flight as I do but we can work around that.” He said, noting the male didn’t have wings as he did which was something he had noticed at first meeting, “We can start whenever though it would be best if we started tomorrow morning. I haven’t trained another in a while so I do need a day to think of what I have forgotten over the past.”

Body weight shifted around his gaze following to were the other male had left off to, a few thoughts crossing his mind part of him hoping- that maybe some were he'd dropped dead- one less male in the world. Sly smile coiled onto his lips. Winter- it was here, and nearly over or so it seemed tempters taking extreme dives up and down, it was enough to drive him insane. Ears pricked forcing his gaze to tear away and break his daydreaming trance as Kage spoke. "Hmm, yes. Good riddance."

he copied in agreement lightly. It was now Doctor took the time to actually look Kage over, not that he was gay or anything but he had a nice build- strong. He was sure he could keep up with him in battle maybe bit longer than the scrawny males that seemed to litter around this damned place. As he spoke of the damned insects a know look crossed his face followed by a pointed grin. Fleas, ticks. Other things..all of them were annoying but Doc was happy with himself, he didn't have hardly any on him. Sudden noises from the chilly wind caused his body to prick up and pull to attention- Kage maybe couldn't sense it- but Doctor did they were here. Watching them, he could see them- all of them trying to tempt him to go off, causing small hairs on the nape of his neck to lift an unsettling snarl tore from his throat. A simple gesture screaming `fuck off' at them, only making them more interested in bothering him. Ears pinned on top of the well build crown trying his damnedest to ignore them. Why now! Doc shook his head as if it'd push it all away clear his mind. He needed to focus on Kage- yes! Thats it, he reminded himself. "what abilities do I possess? well yes, not flight of course, but I do have a few..Necromancy- I believe its called.. Duplication, and Psychometry." ears flicked a few times slowly pulling back up- they were still hovering, making him somewhat unsettled still but he could manage. "Thats quite, understandable Kage- is there..anywere you'd like to meet up?" his gaze lingered on the brutes, thinking..waiting as well for a response. --- --- --- --- Count;; 375 Tags;; Kage Notes;; Over due and such, haven't had much muse, but. The trees to could feel the way the cold made them brittle, sore, tremble as it would any other living being that had some age put on them. He shivered slightly, though held his composure as best he could, trying to ignore the bitterness of the wind as it whipped around them both. The scent of the other male had gone, thankfully. There was no trace of him left besides the fact that his appearance was still stuck in his mind. Kage growled softly, wishing the memory away though it didn’t go that easy. He would ignore it for now and focus on the tasks at hand.
Kage had been bigger in his younger age. His muscles more prone and outright and his frame slightly larger though as his age came, his build decreased. He could still beat any who would try and kill him off, he was skilled and witty and would never back down from a challenge if it happened as such. He wondered what sort of training Doc had even had in his pup years if any at all. Kage, on the other hand, had been taught the ways of battle since he had been old enough to eat solid meat on his own and was able to catch small mammals for his own meals. Doc was a strong willed wolf, he could tell that though he lacked some self confidence as it seemed though he could be wrong as well. It was what he perceived him as, what he saw within the other male’s features. He tried not to get to in detail since he had only met the brute and was still unsure of many things that dealt with him.
He merely nodded to the powers that Doc possessed. Necromancy, that was an interesting one to say the least. He to possessed a power similar. Demonomancy as well as Shadow Manipulation. That he could easily throw out into the training of Doc and he would never even know it, “Necromancy is quite similar to one of my powers though they have their differences” He said, leaning back upon his side as it barely brushed a tree that rooted itself behind him. He was unsure of what other lands lie within the outskirts here though he figured that perhaps this would be the best place to start such training. He would need to gather the information he needed, retrain his own memories in what needed to be done to make another successful warrior so to speak, “Let us meet here, in the same place. I will call if you have not shown so keep your ears open. You will know if it is me or not.” He responded simply. His call has a unique sound to it, differentiating it between others. His was lower pitched, dark and eerie somewhat mimicking the sound that Thunder makes as it rumbles across the Earth.
