The birthing smell seemed to stretch from boarder to boarder, and that wasn't something he was too keen on inhaling all week. He moved as he walked, his mind wandering. Finch was pushing the two year mark now, knowing it was coming to be the time for pack judgment. He would be crowned a rank, rather than just pup and the pull of duty seemed to be a burden to the young wolf, rather than a time of excitement.
His "best friend", in a sort, had just left the pack. Charon was pissed, his adopted mother was swooning over her new, real pups, her stupid mate encouraging her and stealing the rest of her attention away, and where was he? In the background watching it all. Selena's trail was still faintly there where she left the boarders for good, without even a goodbye to him, and he was sure that at least Asmodeus would hunt her down and kill her. Would Charon even care?
He longed to go after her. In fact, a lot of times when males came of age they left their packs, but Charon had a rule. Any traitors would be hunted down and killed, and leaving was an act of treachery. The painted wolf clenched his jaw, his throat swelling up. A growl emitted from his throat as he walked, his eyes shutting tight as he fought the tears he swore he'd never cry. Rrrrg...I hate my life! He snarled to no one, though the birds occupying the trees nearby stated and took the the sky in a frenzy of screams and panic. He gasped, exhaling in a fit of choked sobs.
Swallowing, he pulled himself to the ground and circled up, wrapping his tail around his face, unaware of anyone around.Speeeech

[/color]" She seemed kinda shy, as if afraid that the male would attack her, she decided though not to use her powers just yet. She didn't want to scare away a potential friend. As she stepped into the light, her tribal markings stood out from her white fur, her silver eyes giving off a better look at the glitter inside that resided. She seemed non-hostile, but she could easily be hostile if she so desired. Stepping closer, cautiously, she lowered her head slightly. " What's bothering you? You look sorrowful dear wolf.." Sweetness, that was the key to her personality, she was sweet, trying to reach out to this wolf, as if seeking to merely make him happy again. She felt a sort of sympathy, not pity, merely sympathy. Aero was carefully.. She always will be..[/ul][/size]

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,400,true] | [atrb=background,http://i30.tinypic.com/2a4setu.png]The world was foreign to him, or at least he wanted it to be. He wished he could start over. What would it have been like if he never left his mother and sister? Of course, he could never touch her, or anyone else for that matter, but he learned that regardless. Would she have been angry with him for hurting her? No, probably not. Knowing her, she'd probably forget about and still want to play, and each time he'd break her heart a little more by refusing her.
A splash ripped him out of his fantasies, in a place still riddled with drama though so much less than now. His ears flipped up while he tilted his head, his blue eyes flashing with a deadly ferocity as they poked above his bushy tail. A snarl ripped through his clenched teeth, though the majority of his face was still hidden. Finch was vulnerable in this state, and it was one that he had never experienced before. Heartache wasn't new to the young male, but total breaking was.He met the silvery gaze of a female, compassion coming off her in waves.
"What's bothering you? You look sorrowful dear wolf.."
His snarl turned into a steady, low growl. Nothing that could be explained to a stranger in one sitting. He lifted his head completely now, his chin and muzzle soaked with tears, though his eyes cried no more. Besides, you were the one crying to the world. he switched the subject quickly off of him, not wanting to deal with it.

[/color]" Well maybe that was a lie, but she did plan to stick around for longer then just a few days, this land was nice..secure even. Looking around, she gave a soft chuckle. " I don't cry to the world, I cry for the world. This world is cruel and unforgiving for the tragic events put on our kind." Lowering her gaze once more to his face, she gave a half-hearted smile, it was true, their hearts ached in the same waves, yet it was caused by the world's chain of events. The world was cruel.. With another sigh, she scooted closer and nuzzled his neck, not of affection but as of support. " Come on, get up, your gonna get soaking wet and catch a cold." She was at least trying to be nice, maybe a very good potential friend not only for Aero, but for this wolf as well. " Oh, excuse my rudeness, I'm Aero." She wolfishly grinned, liking her name very much, not like any other wolf, she was always going to love her name; Not as an act of selfishness, but merely as the sound of the name. Air-eo, thats what it sounded like, Air, freedom... Oh how she wished to be free from the confidements of this cruel world.[/ul][/size]
